What jet to choose for 76 sachs

About to buy a high flow filter for my 1976 sachs balboa. I think im going to go with this UNI high flow one. The website recomends an upjet in the bing carb. What size jet would give me the best performance with this filter? Anyone know a website or a place i could get the jet?
