sachs 505-2X 2speed help

does anyone have a diagram or picture of how the internals are re-assembled? a couple parts got shifted out of place when I split the case and I'm not exactly sure where they go. I havent tried super hard yet but I figured its worth a try to see if anyone's got a manual or diagram on here so i can be sure to do it right. Mainly, its this little arm type 'U' looking piece with two removable tabs that go on each side. Im not sure exactly where that part goes.

Also, for the shifter itself, is that the same as the de-comp lever, or how does the cable go? Do I need to add another lever to shift? I only got the bottom bottom end of the motor so I need to know if theres any other parts I need to source to get this thing up and running again.

I don't know how you need to assemble your engine, but I can tell you you need a shiftgrip with a set of shifter cables and a clutch cable.

You will need to blow this baby up or just print it at a larger size. good luck with the 2 speed, I am on the hunt for one that works!

anyone have any idea where to get a 2-speed twist shifter? Ive only been able to find 3-speeds..

<www.ebay.de> search for schaltgriff. You need one for Sachs/Hercules (The same). For cables you need "Schaltzug" (Shiftcable) and "Kupplungszug" (Clutchcable)

New they do around 40 to 50 euro's. Secondhand, depending on condition, 15 to 40 euro's.

Cables are 2 to 5 euro's each.
