Hey I did a case match and I can't get it tuned, I also changed clutch around but I'm back to stock. It runs good for about five minutes and then after its warm it boggs down really bad off the start. Can only go if I barly open throttle, or if i come to a stop and open throttle wide open. Seems like a clutch problem, i'm not sure any ideas? Been messing with it for 2 months now and need help...
What motor? What kit? What carb? What jet?
Also I had the three shoe with blue clutch springs and it seems it did this also but took longer, it does run good but after it warms up it seems to fourstroke/ get all boggy
So im guessing its a puch, what setup? What does your plug look like? Sounds like a severe air leak and or wrong jet. Also, make sure you have the stock clutch setup to stock specs to rule out any clutch problems.
You could also be running running too hot of a spark plug or too much timing advance. Assuming all other things are correct.
Hum lets see. Maby it is timing what spark plug should i use? The only thing I haven't tried. Ive readjusted timing and its just by guess. It is a puch e 50
set up is a kstar 70 proma gp dellorto sha 16 84 jet screen filter, Tried 86 and 92, 86 ran ok but did same thing.
I had an air leak but I fixed it. I checked with carb choke cleaner. It was at head gasket. It is leaking a tiny bit of transfluid aaround cover. Just replaced fuel filter to rule that out.
So what spark plug? Where should i put timing? I'm about .2 cm away from full advance.

i had some gasket issues due to the play in the stud holes in this kit. i used 1/4 inch copper fuel line for shims, it rules now. may be you need a phbg, my buddy couldn't get his to run right on 16, not enuf juice.
I talked to a mechanic and he said it was my pilot jet do sha's have these? He owns a ktm shop and wants me to bring it but and buy a 19mm phgb from him. he said it will probly fix my problem. Why would it only do this when it is hot?

Your right its very flat. My gearing is 18 front 45 rear, I was topping out around 43. It doesn't run right since I case matched. Well it runs great until it gets hot. I got a small rear sproket i haven't tried yet, i guess i could go smaller jet. Think this might help?
Ezze what plug do you use? I got a NGK br7hs In it now. I belive.
b7hs is the plug you want. and go down to something like a76 jet. and then come to the tampa rally.
