Be careful what you call your vehicles on the scooter sites too. There are some scooterists who are just as touchy about names as we are. I've seen stickers with a picture of a scooter on them that say "It's not a damn moped!" So yeah, I hope you don't piss the scooter people off too with your refusal to listen and your insistence on telling everyone what the "facts" are, because they actually have the knowledge and expertise to help you.
_But i will go find somewhere else where the people will help. Maybe the name of this site shouldn’t be "Moped"Army seeing they dont want u talking about all "Mopeds"_
No, we talk about all real mopeds. You have scooters. But I'm not going to re-hash that point. The point is, we deal with VINTAGE PEDAL TWO STROKE two-wheeled vehicles. What you have is NEW NO-PEDAL FOUR STROKE. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head that would make both my moped and your scooter go faster is for the rider to lose weight.
Lastly, just because your state calls them mopeds doesn't mean your state knows what it's talking about. Who do you think knows more about mopeds? Moped enthusiasts (us) or your state? Your state can call it whatever they want; that doesn't make it something it's not.
