i just got one of these motors shipped over and it looks pretty sweet. i havint seen much about them on this site tho. does anyone no of after market clutches for them? i was also even thinking about pressing a new rod in it, even no it has roller bearings stock. will the rod that treats sells for a e50 and za50 work? they are the same stroke.
If it's like the ZA50, you shouldn't press the rod in. It will never be as strong again. Mine twisted after this was done and that's what killed my engine/ injured my kit.
They are sweet engines, having seen Shaw rip on his Z50 Chopper from Germany. The transmission pops out of second gear once the engine gets worn out.
why does it pop out of gear? any clue?
