My DR kit just showed up for my express. Needles to say I am pumped. Only thing is, the exhaust port is shaped really weird and I am wondering if anyone else thought they should round it out before install. Its almost shaped like an 8 where a little piece of iron sticks out into the middle from the side. Its hard to describe without a camera, but if you have one you know what I am talking about. If you can offer any advice or exp on what you have done, that would be cool because I am installing it saturday, weather permitting. Thanks all.

absolutely. untap that free power and dremei it out to the same diameter as your exhaust header. or dont, its up to you.

I measured the DR and a stock cylinder and there's barely any difference
