I assume others have done this. What was your solution? Is there a square-port intake that works, or do you round out the intake port and grind an exhaust flange intake to fit?

You can just round out the long sides of the intake port to match the circle intake. The gasket will seal off the square edges just fine...
Yeah I was looking at that, but it looks like to get the black treats intake I have to fit up against the fins I would have to grind off so much of the flange that it wouldnt seal.
I have that exact intake. Got it from Benji. You just need a grinding wheel to make it fit. then use an exhaust gasket for it... I also used a little gasket sealer. No leaks. Works great.
Oh and you still will have about 1/8 of an inch of flange on the long sides when you are finished grinding.
