ohhhhh yeah.
restictor out, and backvass style side bleed port.
we'll see how it runs soon enough.

I love loud ass pipes....
I can't wait to further damage my hearing by attending a Tampa ride in the near future
Ask Rich aka ragstretcher about the decibels my Pinto pushes
Betcha that Estoril will top it, though
Cool pipe man ! Keep us posted on its performance . Please
This amuses me greatly. Let us know how it works.
Yeah tell us how it works; I was just thinking about doing the same thing yesterday while looking my estoril with despise.
What the stinger look like inside?
What's a stinger?
Ha!
Results!
so fucking loud.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
LOL you dudes like to play , and make funny . LOL
YOU FUCKER I'VE WANTED TO DO THIS TO AN ESTORIL FOR THE LONGEST TIME.
But seriously, i've seen scooter pipes that are sidebleed, i figured a sidebleed could take full advantage of the convergent cone. Lemmie knows what happens!
MMMM Tasty.
Lolz, I was just thinking "I should tell Brendan about this!" You want me to wait before putting yours back together? :-P
Sorry guys, my dad's been doing side bleeds to all his race bikes since 72 or so. It's in my blood to put one on the ped.
so besides being louder, did it make a big difference???
i highly doubt it
On his 360 it was actually quieter, and gave a little wider window for the pipe to be useable. Since i'm going from a biturbo, i won't have before after comparisons. I won't hear it until the new kit is on.
usually center bleed pipes are a bit quieter, but otherwise perform the same, from what i've read anyway. nate (of motomatic) has made a pipes this way for years now, wish he were more present on the forums
wicked.
Nah matt go ahead and weld the fucker up.
thanks again btw!
i talked to nate about this yesterday. He says it is quieter and performs almost the same. Rafter's bike has one and I saw another side-bleeder pipe in their shop. The main advantage is shortening up the pipe a bit if the chamber is super long.
my old cobra came with a crappy bi turbo that i purposely sheared off by runnin over speed bumps hehehe
