It's a Batavus, so I think that means that speed mods will, by definition, be neither quick nor easy. However, you could check out the stuff here and see what tickles your fancy.

Check this website out, there is a bunch of helpful things there.
I'd find the manual, some free time, clean up your clutch, all the cables, wiring, chains, tubes and tires, carb, then go from there.
Port work helps alot.
