They make 65cc only for this engine.
Unless you know someone with a machine shop.
I will email you a price for the kit. Ed
polini!
1977 has an epic kit for this motor if ur ready to do some work, it has an additional top transfer that would need added to the cases and the side transfer ports are the same size as a puch 80 metra large port so material would be needed to added to the cases to run it. it also takes the larger puch sized pipe flanges so puch pipes would work with it.
it's large and in charge, give them a call if ur looking for a bit of work and epic results
whats the price for either of these i doubt i can afford it but it would be sweet
call 77 and ask about it its not that expensive compared to other kits
ffreddie sells Gila kits for these. Looks him up, they are wicked kits.
James, are you running one?
What is your setup?
pics?

i rock the polini piston port kit. love it
anybody have any links to sites that sell these kits. what kind of gains can i get? anyone got any pics of some monster morinis?
What kind of pipe do you have on there man? I just got a 2 speed Morini and am liking the idea of having a fast ped that most people don't even think about. You have any clutch problems with it? The thing I would be most sad about if I kitted it is loosing the stock pipe which is hella-killer-cool looking.
i have the stock pipe as well mines only a 1 speed though. You should post some pics of yours -T and ill do the same. i like my morini better than my yamaha.
How long/fast before it shifts? I am going to test the spring rate on the 1 and 2 speeds.. see whats up since I have 2 of them engines. :)
I forgot to say. .. dam that's very nice :)
it shifts into second at about 25 but i pull the clutch at about 20 and it gets a good launch into second right into the powerband
