hey, with this 50cc kit it comes with a piston with a booster window in the piston but then the jug has no corresponding ports?(1st picture) am I missing something in my understanding of boosters? or is that just the way it comes and if I so desire I can manually add some like the 70cc has(second picture)

I have no clue, i got the kit too and saw that, it looks like youre right about there being no port in the cylinder, im sure you could add the same port thats in the 70cc
The hole in the piston aligns with the intake port slots. The port map is very similar to the old eurokit/athena 60-70cc's. They usually had 2 smaller square holes in the piston or 4 small round holes.
