I HAVE A 20 MPH MOBY. I WANNA KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE THIS THING GO LIKE 30ISH. JUST SHOOT ME SOME IDEAS LIKE CASE SWAPS AND CASE MATCHING IDEAS. IDONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE MOBY BUT KNOW PUCH AND TOMOS. THIS BIKE IS NICE AND HAS GOOD POTENTIAL JUST NEED SOME GUIDEINCE TO GET IT THERE. PLEASE HELP

sorry no pics yet.my engine case is a 20mph version, it has a little lip on the case and the cylinder is machined a little differentthan the av10 ,av7. thats why its 20 mph version. just trying to fiqure out if i can machine the engine case and cylinder to make it go fast or buy a better engine case and put my good parts in a new case.
you can buy another AV7 case without the lip on it, port the 20mph cylinder and use it, or you could find a 25 or 30mph cylinder and grind that lip off the cases you already have and use that.
I have a 20mph motor that does about 32mph. I put a dellorto 15.15 and a Ninja G3 pipe on it. Nothing more. I plan on porting the motor to get some more out of it this spring.
maybe i try to build it stock first. seems like thats a cheap way to go for now. ill try the carb and pipe thing first. thanks for the help guys.
