carburetor choices for A35 x 70ccalukit x tecnigas

so i have some parts going to get the moped back to pretty decentville. after a stupid fall on my part the biturbo is practically dead, and the thing has almost no compression left at this point anyways, soooo time for a sweet rebuild.

you can't add more air without more fuel so yeah, looking for options on great carbs.

since it has the dellorto 14.12 already on it i was thinking of upgrading to like a dellorto 16 or 18 or something.

ideally it would have lever choke. but like, whatever, how hard is it to install cable choke ? shouldn't be too bad eh? if so i could do like a sweet 18mm ha.

has anyone ever put a mikuni from like a 60cc 2 stroke yamaha dirt bike or something?

i'm not trying to break the sound barrier or go 60mph. 40-45mph with reliabiliyy would be king here. ease of installation is also great, but i have access to a mill, lathe, tig welder, drill press, and halfways decent machining abilities.

thank in advance. matt.

Dellorto sha 16 mm is easiest, or a Dellorto PHBG 19 mm gives more potential but is harder to tune. You'll have to figure out an intake. You don't have to get a cable choke just to get a larger carb, just look around more for the pull choke versions.

16sha for 40-45 mph happiness. if you are wantin' more speed, that kit has lotsa room for porting.

also port that stupid crappy intake manifold or have someone make you a new one.

duder. If you can put a 21 dellsmorto, with the kit and 4 petal reeds and exhaust and custom intake and no stupid cable choke, uneccestrartyyrt. Just go pull choke, you dont even use it unless its super duper cold out.

then blast.

Ok, i'll get a 19-21 mm PHBG dellorto, and make a custom intake then on the mill, and weld some nice aluminum tube to it , turn it down to the right OD on the lathe, and rock it out. they're not too expensive. 4-petal reeds will have to wait. I'll see how it works out.

Thanks a bunch.
