I just kitted my puch w/ the Polini 64cc kit. It seems to run great, but when i decelerate after 30 mph there is a loud noise and vibration when it's winding down. any clue what this is?

what kind of loud noise? a bang? a whistle? a metallic slapping noise?
either natural reed noise or your con rod bearing is starting to fail
my two guesses.
