I have a biturbo, it does deliver at high revs. Get something that is a mi-lo end pipe. Or you will end up screwing with your clutch excessively for the perfect hi rpm-slip to climb hills. You should still adjust your clutch, make it land higher and make sure all the shoes pop at once, (I did this by arboring the clutch onto a bench grinder attached to a variable power source [variac], then I spun it and marked the first shoe to pop with an oily finger, until I'd always get all 3 shoes oily.) Play with your gears a bit, clutch and a pipe (then a retune) should get you to 40+, 32-35 if geared for generous torque, get a 14mm+ carb if you have a 12mm, otherwise leave it alone, just jet for the new pipe (generally an upjet).
