My set up is an av7 with Airsal 70cc kit, 15/15 Dellorto, Ninja g3, and mild case matching. I am currently GPSed at 43mph. I have a Dellorto PHBG 19mm and a stock head that was milled down 2mm. This is what I am wondering what kind of speed increase am I looking at if I install the high comp head and carb?

do some port work to that bitch and you could hit high 40's if not 50. there is a lot of room to fuck around wih the worts in that kit.

Yeah man....START with the PHGB. If the Airsal is anything like the 70cc Parma, then a 15 SHA will never get you more than 40's. You might also revisit the porting job you did on the case. I ported THE SHIT out of my case for the Parma and it flies.
And, obviously, the shaved head is going to help too.
My guess is that you'll have a mid 80's jet in the PHGB for that kit. Somewhere around an 86. Maybe 85. I think most of the Parmakits are happy around the low 90's.
start with that, install the 19 and the milled head and go from there. the ports on that kit are tiny, so you can open them up a good amount. i would say just go a millimeter at a time until you get what you want. talk to lester too, he could definitely give you some hands on porting advice.
whats a good recipe for higher top end on mobys? I am all stock now but i got a doppler pulley with a 12 tooth. I dont mind a slower start but I wanna keep up with my crews super fast bikes on our long rides.

You shouldn't have to regear that thing at all.
I run around little over 55pmh all day long on my stock gearing, variator, and pulley. It's variated for a reason!
But if you want to keep up you might think about getting a performance variator like the Varplus from Malossi. It'll give you better low end and higher top end.
Otherwise, just do what Davey is telling you to do. There's lots of potential in the Airsal kit. It should do 50 pretty easily.
If you are still interested in gearing, this site has some great info, with a simple math equation, on gearing out the moby.

Mich R, it might be stock gearing, but that is far from a stock motor!
So - say stock 27mph = 6000rpm (?????) then 43 = 9556rpm? That sounds reasonable.
Anybody have a clue what rpms they are running? My brothers Derbi laguna had a tach...
