Fast puchs reach 12,000 RPM without blowing up. Though at 12k RPM, it is wise to switch out your con rod, or your whole crank, so that you can have something with needle bearings in the small end of the con rod. The puch engine is ridiculously simple and a work horse.
What I would say is that people on here are more likely to listen to and respect the opinions/advice of someone we know to be a good tuner, and someone we know to have a fast bike. Because you haven't been on here long, and haven't posted concrete results, I am inclined not to listen to you. If you consistently come back with good results using your theories and opinions on engine building, I will be much more likely to hear what you have to say at that point.
