I just got a Garelli Parma/ Eurocilindro kit from italy.
Its 75cc and has a single ring piston.
I am running the piston through the kit and it seem that the exhaust port is slightly bumping the ring.
Im gonna sand it down a bit to it runs without clicking.
Has anyone ran one of these kits. To my research in the forums and on the internet i believe there relatively a rarity.

I always take a very fine file and chamfer the edged of the ports before assembly.
Sounds awesome..except for the imperfection.
