intake top preformances 24mm for mikuni TM 24

I got this intake Top preformances 24mm for 60 EUR

I believe that is the right one for mikuni TM 24 carb

1.Tell me if it will fit directly to Puch gilardoni 74 cc kit and if not what modifications do I have to do then that it will fit ?

2.what are the yellow pipes which are sticking out of the intake?

3.what else(wich rubber,gasket,oring, and so on) am I missing to fit the mikuni tm 24 to this intake?
