change puch clutch grab rpm with just fluid?

So if I have type F in my puch e50 now and switch to something super slippery can I change the RPM at which it grabs?

And thus increase low end?

What oil should i use?

True?

Re: change puch clutch grab rpm with just fluid?

yeah. slippery oil makes it slip and grab at higher RPM's...

Re: change puch clutch grab rpm with just fluid?

what works best and won't ruin my clutch?

Re: change puch clutch grab rpm with just fluid?

i filled mine with 5w30 at the beginning of this summer...it revs out really well before engageing and deff takes off faster..took it apart lastnight to check it out and there isnt any unusual wear. seems a cheap easy way to a good take off.

Re: change puch clutch grab rpm with just fluid?

I use Motul Transoil... It's made for 2 stroke wet clutches and Motul is one of the best racing oils around...

Re: change puch clutch grab rpm with just fluid?

why not tighten your springs? don't be afraid to pop your clutch off dude. its one of the easier things to do.
