I bought this carb a couple of months ago
it has an idle mixture screw, intermediate jet, main jet & needle slots
its very adjustable & ran really well stock
despite the fact its listed to work on 4 strokes I havent had any trouble with the needle taper or anything

Wow that is cheap. What do you have it on? Looks like the kind of intake on an express or something.
I Have it on my cheap 70cc Chinese engine kit engine which is running really well now
I only moved the needle down one notch to get a nice chocolate brown on the plug
& with all 4 variables can be tuned really nicely by a decent carb guy
you can buy jet drills on ebay & just solder & drill the jets
we did that allot back in the 80s

yaeh i've been running this on my 80cc sachs, the 22mm one. i really like it but it is a little finnickey with the tuning, it doesnt richen the upper midrange enough. i'm sure once i have a engine that stays together i'll be able to ring a lot more out of it with some proper tuning.
I find putting the needle all the way down & then jetting up till its rite & then fine tuning with the needle works for me
I spent abut 2 hours today fooling around with it with the new pipe
