ballancing cranks

the crappy chinese engines I have used so far have really poor ballance & will rattle themselves to pieces

it is a full circle crank & Im wonderiing what math is involved in making the corect weight to bolt onto the rod & then I guess Id do what I could in a pair of Vblocks

any insight would be great
