i have like 4000 miles on my biturbo and it is starting to rattle...
someone said i needed to change my muffler belt, but i can find where i could go in and replace it... is it in the silencer?
will i need to get bigger fuel line to keep the gas to air the same?

yeah youre gonna need to up jet. you can get a performance belt from 1977. make sure to get the red one, the blue ones are too soft.
just buy a generic moped timing belt and stretch it over
with a little soap and coaxing you'll save hundreds

This should answer all your moped questions...
The jet is the conical part that creates the harmonics inside your Biturbo, in effect stimulating the formation of the twin vacuum vortexes to form, that the Biturbo is so famous for. If the jet is pointed upward more inside the stinger (up jetting), the vortexes go against the Coriolis effect for the northern hemisphere, raising engine RPM, for immense low end speed. They (down jet) for more power in Australia, because Australia resides in the southern hemisphere.
It's important to up jet..especially if your bike is from Australia; like all the Puch mopeds.

most people forget that You might need to move the air from the front tire to the back tire and the air from the back tire to the front tire. Make sure not to loose any during the transfer because if you add aftermarket air or "new air" it will not work right.
If you are new to mopeds you may not have done this yet. you should let the professionals at walmart do it for you. Best money i ever spent.
just go to Auto zone and get a tub of graphite elbow grease. slap some on there and your good to go.

Put a few speed holes in your old in the muffler. That's just as good.
