this isent the best pic of my scooter but I did the intake manifold & exhaust pipe as well as a fair bit of porting
the compression has been raised quite a bit
I did the fork on it too
the pic isent the latest one the intake is shortened a bit & the pipe is cleaned up
I also got a 18MM carb on there whereas it was a 14mm, yes a 14mm
I know this isent a clasic moped but it is a functional moped built by me to my taste
I want to do another one with a better engine & a trans :-)

yeah these engines are far from performance engines
Ill bet many of the 50cc moped engines will kill this 67cc one even with all the mods

what speeds you getting out of this thing?
35-40MPH on flat as it is with good climbing
I had it tuned to go faster with the last engine but the engine dident last long maybe 1000 miles
with that setup I was clocked at 40MPH not wound out
these engines arent the greatest engines by a long shot but they are a dime a dosen :-)

yeah I did make that fork
it works well its geometry is such that its slow steering so its great at speed & does handle well just not as twitchy as the worksman fork I had on there
