Use artist's wax, form it into the intake port, just like the perfect intake plug would fit, pull it out, and use that model to cast or form the perfect intake plug from Aluminum.
and ask your friend to put a damn shirt on

and case induction is easy as shit when you know how to mix JBWeld, or can weld aluminum. its just a square milled hole in the top of a case.
