im trying to port my jug but im not sure if i can port this. it looks like theres some kind of sleeve in there but i dont want to take it out then i cant use it. i have circled where i want to port

the whole inside of the cylinder and everything is one casting of cast iron. depending on how careful you are, you probably dont want to port to the edges of that.

ok thanks. thats what i thought but i just wanted to make sure i think im getting a 70cc kstar in a few days
