Re: Has anyone made a fast M56?

i think the moto-matic guys made a crazy intake for one. they start to shred belts after about 40 mph

Re: Has anyone made a fast M56?

Mike Rafter is the man behind moto-matic. Hes on here alot and seems like a good guy, try emailing him, see if he has any thoughts.

If that's the case, then why doesn't/hasn't someone that's nifty at welding tried to adapt the M56 to utilize a chain instead of a belt? Is it within reason to think that the drive belt could, with a little time and patience, be replaced with a chain? Someone should try this.

Re: Has anyone made a fast M56?

I was thinking alot about this same thing with a m48, it's possible, but tricky.

I know that this response is no help at all
