Well, one has a reedvalve, and the other does not. The reedvalve version will have a WAAAAAAY bigger intake port to accomodate the reed block.
whats the point of the reed though?
Reed valves restrict flow of gases to a single direction and consist of thin flexible metal or fiberglass strips fixed on one end that open and close upon changing pressures across opposite sides of the valve. They operate in a similar manner to heart valves.
the reed kit will have better torque and offers more tuning options, you should probably read Jennings and do some more learning/tuning before you kit anything.
