i have the puch estoril and i'd say it's pretty quiet. i didn't need to upjet when i installed the pipe either. plug stayed a nice golden brown. seeing as how i don't own a tomos that's about all the help i can give. good luck

You can fit almost any exhaust you want. If you don't want a lot of noise, keep the stock airbox. Or use a stock airbox from another bike. You can drill some holes in it to give it some more air.

I have a Proma GP on a Puch Maxi. Really quiet with the stock airbox, but with a high-flow filter that thing sounds like a bat out of hell ;)

hahahahaha why dont yo like th bi turb sammy cause of the sound or performance i ahve a arrow racing with a bi turbo now will another pipe perform much better and how come people dont like loud peds mine screams bi turb with a little crack at the end and high flow filter its louddddd

Depends on what moped and what the rest of your setup is.

custom made to your setup is always best.

i like most people have no clue how to do that so the common consensus is next but its not cheap and estrol has more bottom end
