It will depend on what you call cheap, and how mechanically inclined you are.
Regardless, buy a PA50II motor, then upgrade more later.
Go to Marankank Mountain. Climb to 2600 agl and you will find a lonely man....a Hobbit if you will....he will teach you all the tips and tricks. Make sure you bring him mashed potatoes sprinkled with paprika and an egg salad sammich and a case of Budweiser.....or he will keep you captive and bury you alive....
