Airsal 70cc Kit

looking into getting an airsal 70cc kit for my maxi. i'm a first time kitter and have read a bunch of stuff about them being seize sensitive if they aren't tuned just right. wondering if anyone has any reviews on the airsal? i was interested in the 65cc metrakit but can't find it in stock anywhere. already checked the wiki.

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

70cc airsal is sick!!! you will need to mod your pipe, or use one with an angled header, also you will need to make an intake. no case boring required.

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

it's a good first time kit, good power all around, and works really well without need to port match, does not like being ran lean like any kit. the exhaust port on mine is not angled tho..

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

Well I'm going to order one for my za50 it is my first kit so what carb and pipe should I pair it with.

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

Yeah, mine doesn't have an angled exhaust port. I like my Airsal 70cc kit... It's solid and cheap!

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

15mm Bing and Intake with Tecno Estoril. Or Proma GP. or Tecno Bullet. Whatever floats your boat.

Zach, what are you talking about? Airsal 70cc for puch doesn't use an angled exhaust port, it's flat just like a stock maxi. It's the metrakit that uses angled, or korado, or any of the massive ones. But airsal is practically plug and play (minus the jetting and whatnot)

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

I run it on an unmatched ZA with a 14 bing/intake and an estoril, easy solid mid 40s.

Re: Airsal 70cc Kit

Is getting 50 on flat using this kit on a E50? If so what is your set-up. I would like to be able to keep up with traffic around here.
