I just got a puch 70cc Airsal kit for $100 shipped to my door.
I got it from http://www.perkllc.com/ there isn't much on his site but if you email him he responds late that night.
Just an FYI...

Is that kit a bolt on or do you have to mod the case.
This i my first upgrade kit, but from what i have read case matching is always the best way to go to get the full performance of your kit.
That said. I was wondering the same thing last night so i pulled my old cylinder off and slid the new one on and it fit.
that is indeed a bolt on kit, you don't HAVE to case match it, it's not a polini, or 80cc metra...slap it on and ride, but you will get it to go a lot faster if you match up the ports on the case
I just don't have the tools to match up the ports right now I want something I can bolt on and later port match it.
Thats what i'm planning on doing too... i figure i'll have a little free time during the rainy season so i can match it then
yup, don't have to case match the airsal...just thow it the hell on and ride!...remember to put oil all around the cylinder when changing to a kit. lube it up, don't just ram it home
i can use the 50cc heads on this right? from what i have read i can but some people seem against it...
yeah u CAN use the stock head on the kit, not really a problem, but again for better performance, upgrade to a 70cc high compression head. you can get one of those for as little as $30 so it's not really that much money to get that along with the kit.
i have a 50cc high compression head and, of course, the stock head. I was thinking of using the Stock head for the first part of break in (first 10 miles or so) the throw on the HC head after that.
the head wont affect break in. just use the high compression. and go a little richer on the oil ratio...then u should be just fine.
plus it's an airsal, not a polini man... you dont really need to baby the thing too too much
quote from the website:
nice....they have mb5 kits.
? what web site are you quoting?
One more question...
the Wiki says that this cylinder kit Rattles? what kind of rattle are we talking about and is this rattle gonna break something?
Shawn, thanks for the tip, but I can't get a hold of this guy. It's been two days and no replies to my emails. What email address did you use?
i used parts@perkllc.com
Thats strange, would always get email back from him at like mid-night west coast time.
Use the 50cc High Comp head and I have better compression than with the 70cc High comp head. Use your 50cc High comp head. It will rock. This is a Puch right?
I meant to say that I use the 50cc High comp head and I have better compression than I did using the 70cc High comp. I'm running a 70cc Airsal on my e50... Smaller squish band = higher compression...
He hasnt responded to my mail. been over 2 days
same with me it has been 2 day's
haha, we prolly slammed him lol
ya this is probly 1200% his regular business.
Got a response this pm; he says he is sold out of them and has to have ten committed orders before he can buy more. I was actually inquiring about a piston kit, which he will also have to order, but he does have rings.
News Update!
I too have been in contact Rick from Perk L.L.C. and it is true that he needs 10 pre-orders before he can get the kits from his supplier. That's how he is able to sell them for $100 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.
The sooner he gets the pre-orders the sooner he can get the kits in stock and shipped to us. I missed out on the first bunch so I'm hoping to get on the next shipment. Right now you just pre-pay with paypal and he will ship you your kit as soon as they show up, otherwise you get refunded if he is unable to get the minium 10 pre-orders.
I have ordered from Rick before, he is on the up and up.

Ya I told him just to let me know if you has any extra later on. I dont want to send off my money then wait for him to be supplied and then forward to me.
Auction ended hope they have more. This is the same kit rite?
I didnt check the link but I noticed it said Tomos a35 and not puch e50 so no.
I just got my kit in the mail from perk.(www.perkllc.com)
It's good, brand new, sealed, $100 shipped, email rick @ perk about getting on the next shipment.
Give him the heads up on needed parts for the Puch community, he's willing to order.

I just received mine as well, well packaged along with a spare piston kit. It only took so long only because he also got some other parts in (15mm bings, intakes, spare piston kits) and we were e-mailing back and forth for a while while i was deciding what all to get. Just wanna let everyone know that this guy is on the level and all.
