just put a 24 mikuni and my small port metra 80.... what kind of intake are you using? im sure its custom but if you could tell me how you made it or if you have any suggestions at all id love to hear them.
all suggestions are welcome....tommy is just the only person on the Spreadsheet running a mikuni

It mounts up as well as you make it mount up.
If you aren't a good welder, call motomatic. They might make you one.
24 seems pretty big for the small port. im running the 21 dell on my small port. let me know how it works out with the 24.
as far as the intake goes, unfortunately you cant do a 24mm intake, it wont fit between the studs lol. i made an intake out of 1 inch tubing, which is about 25mm outerdiameter (~23mm inside) and the bolts hit the intake and would barely turn. so what i did was use the intake that came with it, and JB welded a piece of my 1 inch intake on it. It fit right over it. Its kinda restrictive, as it bottlenecks down from the 23mm to whatever the one that comes with it is, but it works.
idk how big tommy's intake is though. maybe it bolts up better because of the way its bent. or maybe he drilled out and tapped his case so he could use allen bolts.
24 isn't too big and you can put a 24 intake on it. I bent my studs put slightly to make sure I could get it nice and tight.
Mine is actually slightly around 23 I think. Jeff had an old one he made laying around choke that I used. Worked well so I went with it.
ahh, i see. i just couldnt really get the bolts to spin enough to go all the way down, and seal tightly. i guess if i wouldve bent the studs, i wouldve been fine.
how big is the intake that comes with the kit? i never measured it. im not sure if its 19 or 21mm.

Its a piece of flanged drainpipe from home depot pushed up through the bottom of the stock intake and sealed with jb weld.
Its been surprisingly reliable
i know its a gila but you get the idea, about 10mins in home depot and you can come up with somethin that works : P
