I'd move the sparkplugs more to the edges of the head, and make the "combustion" chambers less deep and more wide for a more even compression with higher pressure.
Furthermore, you'll need a squish edge, but you probably already knew that.
If you didn't, you might want to check out a 2-stroke tuning book and look what they have to say about head design. There are some formulas about shape and volume and how those affect the performance of the engine.
By the way, the general rule is that a twin-spark head only gives benefits when the bore exceeds 100mm or so, because the spark would have to travel long ways to get to the sides of the cylinder.
Not that that should stop you from trying this out. I think it's awesome you're trying to build something like this.
