I will say this, I ordered from them over the phone, and they gave me no confirmation, tracking number, or anything. But, I did get my order. Give them a call. It's more efficient than an e-mail.
Were they in stock? Never email 1977, they wont respond. Give em a call.
I usually call and ask questions, then order online, then call and confirm my order.
calling is the best way to reach us. We are still working on the website getting it as up to date as possible and working the kinks out.

Just order over the phone. They're all ready for them. I talked to Zak with my order. He seemed pretty good, so you can ask for him. A phone order will be just as secure as an internet order, but only phone orders give you conversation.

A quick call to the warehouse and everything was cleared up. Parts arrived the next day.
No problems here...I ordered some stuff from 1977 and got the stuff like 2 days later. Worked out good. Kudos to TREATS HQ as well. Stand up operation.
On the other side of the service spectrum - mopedshop.com took like 3weeks and nothing... no email replys...no package
Robot89, Just talked to Chris at the mopedshop and he said that after 2 weeks of not hearing back from you about a valid shipping address you requested your money back.Which he claims to have done like 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks is 2 weeks not "like 3 weeks" and it sounds like it was your fault to begin with. Not trying to start an argument you understand. Just posting because I know he dosn't.

I just checked my order confirmation email, and my address, phone, email and everything is there. My address is valid, I never had a problem before and the order was paid for. I would not be complaining if there was not a reason... so don't blame me and don't take sides without getting all the facts.
Not taking sides. Simply relaying the info I got when I told him about the post. He was waiting to hear back from you and you asked for a refund 2 weeks after you ordered.Which he says he gave you. So there would be no reason for you to come on here and say you have been waiting for 3 weeks for your order and still have not received it. If you need more facts I can get them tomorrow.
I just placed an order from on 9/2. 9/3 I received my UPS tracking #.
I did place a second order later the same day, but I haven't receive a tracking # for that order.. I'm hoping they put in with the first order. I'll know in a few days.
