How do you factor in elevation and humidity in your jetting?
more/less - down/upjet? how does it work?

You factor it in by doing your own plug chops until you get your mixture right, instead of just running the jets you hear other people are running. Colder air makes you run leaner, hotter air makes you run richer. I have no experience with elevation change.
I think its supposed to be Downjet with higher altitude, Upjet with lower altitudes. With higher altitudes, there is thinner air meaning less air. If you had a big jet at altitude, it would run too rich because there isnt enough air to compensate for all the fuel goin in. my explanation is not very clear but hope it helps.
^correct. look at the tuning spreadsheet it'll give some idea how location (altitude/temp) dictates different jetting.
any jetting somebody gives you on the internet should be taken with a grain of salt. they may live at 1500ft and be in the middle of a shitty muggy summer, or they might be an idiot. taking their number as a starting point is best. doing your own jetting ftw.
