Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

Hello all. I just installed a 60cc eurocylinder kit on my 1978 pinto. I also put a biturbo on it. Everything else is stock. My problem is the bike runs great from 15-40 but when you let off the gas it bogs right down and when you stop it stalls out. Then you have to restart it. Off the line it is boggy but when it gets to around 15 or 20 it pulls like a bastard. The carb is a stock 1/14/157 with the stock jet. Any help would be great guys. Thanks

upjet fool!

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

To not only put on a pipe, but to kit a bike without upjetting is literally the most retarded thing I have ever heard of doing to a moped. Including fucking a hot exhaust.

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

Perhaps this will help:

1) Upjet break> 2) Plug chop break> 3) Kit break> 4) Fuel/air mixture break> 5) Performance Tuning break>

A new kit: $150 (ish). A performance exhaust: $100 (ish). Researching what you're doing before you do it: Priceless.

I'm not trying to be an ass, but I am trying to make the point that this information would have been very easy to find by either checking the wiki or by searching the forums. If you want clarifications or more info on anything, just ask. I promise not to be this assish again.

and u haven't seized :S

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

i don't think there's anything wrong with your bike.

there is, however, a problem with the fact that you can't read/search... good luck.

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

I think it's the nut behind the handlebars thats causing your problem.

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

Well i upjetted only to find out that it is way too fat now. The stock jet is a 72 main and i went up in size and the bike got worse and is way too fat now. It ran much better with the 72 main in it. I took it for a 5 mile ride with the stock 72 main in it and i plug chopped it when i got home and the plug is soaked bad. VERY WET. For some reason i must still be fat. I have a 66 main coming in the mail. Hope this works out.

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

yeah some time a bigger bore creates more suction and it will be richer

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

I ordered a 70 and 68. That is 2 and 4 sizes down from the stock 72. hope this dials it in.

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

did you do anything with your timing? my bike was terrible from 0-15, but once it got into the pipe it ripped. we advanced the timing on it, and it's much better now.

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

Here is a video i made of it. This is with the 72 main. I plug chopped it and it is wet. Tried a 68 main and it ran like shit. At 1:00 on the video you will see what happens!! Thanks guys

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

try like an 80 and a 90 jet and see what happens. just for kicks!!

Re: Pinto/puch 60cc kit help!!!

just for the hell of it, spray carb cleaner on every single crack while it's running. maybe it has airleaks too.
