I know I should not be as excited/anal about this but I am a noob I want you guys to confirm what I am doing tomorrow is good to go.

Operation: Drill 12mm Bing to 14mm (easy I know)

Carb:

-drill out filter side 14mm-(don't hit jet tube-stop short)

-drill out intake side 14mm (don't hit jet tube- stop short)

-buy jet range 78,80, 82, 84 from Treats

Intake (L-shape)

-drill out carb side to 14mm

-drill out cylindar side to 14mm

...anything else?

Note-current set up has stock 12mm Bing w/ 68 jet, Biturbo, Hi flow air filter.

I dunno about the carb, but I think your jets are a little high unless you've got a kit. On the spreadsheet, people seem to be running maybe like 64-74 with 14-15mm Bings and performance exhausts. If I'm stupid and you have a kit, please disregard this post.

where the jet is you can put a 8mm socket in there and turn it out. Also I think 7/32" socket. 1/4 inch drive is your friend

no kit. I had an air leak on the manifold maybe making it run lean. I will just drill it out for now, use gasket material, then do a chop to see whats up.

Ahh, that makes sense. The gasket material should help, then. I attached a picture of the jet tube ... yes, it's all one piece (except for the jet). I actually thought it was a 6mm socket that fit in there, but I'm probably misremembering.
