anyone know anything?
anyone know anything?
all will be revealed soon.
damn you zack bandit. how many sleeves do you have? must be a lot to fit all those tricks up there.
say wha? will this be possible for a snooty two-speeds as well?
you stay out of this quatto! you abandoned the 1 speed and never looked back. never called to ask how it is, where were you on its birthday? probably with that two speed floozy you have been hanging with. for shame.
my two speed floozy tops 40 stock. maybe if ol' one speed didn't always say she had a headache when I asked to go fast...
seriously though, the one speed is far from abandoned, she's sitting in a milk crate on my dining room table, and I'm dreaming, dude.
you guys are idiots... everytime i post something i have to read a bunch of bullshit. im sick of you guys flirting on my threads DAMNIT!
in all seriousness, some south american shoe clutches for the kickstart 1 speeds have floating on ebay lately, they need to be filed a bit to fit on the shaft, and you lose your starter clutch, but they work. Other than that, you just gotta make something work.
so how do you start it?
I'm too lazy for all that shit. I'll just buy all the rubber clutches off you guys.
good question pixley, if you lose your starter clutch, what then?
use a drill.
hmmm.
I believe moppagen had these for sale a while back.
Awesome stuff.
there has to be a more convenient way to start. come on people.. there's no one that's rigged these up with the starter clutch?
BUMP
due to the way they did the kickstart, it's really kind of a bitch. you could always rig up a pull start. or a holster for your cordless drill. the pressure start clutch is a big no go though.
On a 2-speed, the pressure start clutch grips the 2nd speed rubber outside the standard star rubber... if the first gear clutch on a 2 speed is the same diameter as the single speed, then there's your pressure start shoe clutch.
digging up the old shit.
mopagen, you still have that shoe clutch for sale? the address on your profile is bunk. let me know, i would love to try it out.
