Hey everyone, this is a question for anyone who's got a kitted Min V1. Right now I am running a techno estoril that I had to re-weld and fit and it's fine but I was wondering what other people where using.
Oh and I have an 80cc imperial on the ped..

i use a puch proma. nice take off and I just had to make a bracket for the other side of the bike and dremel the header a bit!
puch techno circuit works well.
My estoril rocks mine to the mid 50's

I find the mamba a little disappointing. I'm excited about the Estoril.
Like I said the Estoril has been good to me.. when I had a 75cc Polini kit with a 16 SHA I was hitting 44.. but then I blew it up because I down jetted a tad too much (spark plug chop lied to me I swear!)
Does anyone know if the restricted thing about the Estoril is true? (http://www.mopedarmy.com/wiki/Tecno_Estoril) I don't really want to cut it open and find nothing there.. welding isn't hard just rather not mess with the integrity of the pipe if I don't need to..
Has any minarelli people out there chopped a homoet 6p to fit?

I have a leo vince that I like, but I was running a mamba before that and it absolutely rocked.
i have the puch tecnno boss on a stock v1 motron. it's geared pretty low and just rips from about 5 to about 34 where it tops out. it's so fun to ride around the city (or town, depending on how you want to classify portland), super torquey. Cutter Illana has the tomos techno boss and she seems to like it also.
How loud is the Techno boss? I'm thinking about buying one to try and compare to my Mamba?

what size jets are you guys running with a pipe on stock 50cc's?
i've had to go from the stock 52 to 62 on a 14:12 and i still need a 64 or higher. Seems like it shouldn't need such a drastic jump.
All from a Techno Circuit. It has noticeably improved low and mid range, with just barely better top. Though I'm hoping once it's jetted right it will improve.
I am running a mamba pipe with a 65 jet with no air box.
tecno circuits are mad mid/low range pipes. dont expect anything on the top end tho.
still one of my fav pipes. turns a stock bike into a super reliable, quick. stop and go traffic ped (city drivin!)
just reset the timing and got higher, cleaner, smoother revs out of it
plug chop still tells me to upjet, which i shall do tomorrow
I am working getting some of these 2 pipes, mamba, turbos,scorpions :) I will post when I get them in stock.

Aurelius, I'm runing a polini kit, high comp head, 19mm race dell, 19mm intake, 10/36 gears, esroril. Right now on the flats I've hit 53.1....
Where did you get a high compression head? What Minarelli's came with them?
53, not too shabby.. I am hopping for something around there.. I have 11x40 gearing with my lazer.. thought about finding some 16 Tomos or Morini wheels for the smaller gearing
Ed you would be a hero among men if you could get those pipes.. tell me your going to get that turbo pipe.. I once got to this totally random web page and the guy was selling all those pipes, South America I think.. let me know...
I got the head from Italy. There are some lower grade knock offs from from south America out there....they don't say minarelli on email'

It looks like them all except it has motori minarelli cast into it. The casting is much finer.
This is also a high compresion head. These came stock on alot of different peds.
