I recently got a biturbo for my 08 Tomos LX. The top end was great, about 40+ mph. The only think is the low and mid really sucked. Im thinking of going back to my stock Tomos exhaust for the better low and mid range. To go along with the biturbo my bike was up-jetted to 58 and i got a uni air filter added. If i put my stock pipe back on, do i need to down-jet? Or can i just running it fine with the 58 jet? I guess it will just run a little rich?
I'd get a Technigas Next exhaust.
do the technigas's make that much of a difference in the low ad mids? what about if you cut 1cm off of each clutch spring.
tecingas is so much better than bi turbo like WOW
i had a bi turbo on my bike for a day burrowed a friends
and it was aight slower accleration but good top end. Bought a tecingas and it has great accleration and good top end
Damn! I Should have gotten one of those. Im going to see if I can return the bitubro. Is the tecingas easy to mount? Does it need any modifications? Whats the jetting like?
For the mean time if i throw my stock pipe back on, do i need to down-jet from 58? Or remove the uni-filter?

Technigas isn't as easy as the Bi-Turbo to mount. Sometimes it needs minor modifications. You will need to down jet if you put the stock pipe back on.
Put the 55 main jet back in with the stock airbox and exhaust.
If you keep the uni on, you should be at about a 56 main jet.
Technigas will use approximately a 60 to 61 mainjet, if using in conjunction with a Uni.
Hey Carlos, Just curious, does your whizzer run? I have one exactly like yours. Mine is also red.
yeah my whizzer still runs. I took the intake restricter out. So it will top out at about 45 or so, just getting it up to speed sucks. But im sure you know that.
