70cc kit on moped junkyard, who makes it

on moped junkyard, does anybody know who makes the puch 70cc kit. it doesn't say much about it at all, other than it replaces your stock 50cc. it is the 6th kit down on the top of the speed kits page. my assumption is that it is arsal, because that it what all of there other kits are. it's either this or the polini from treats, but i didn't want to order a no name piece that i can't get replacement parts for in the future.
