08 tomos nitro. i need some more speed. help!!!!!!

i looked allover and don't see parts for this ped! what can i do to get some top end out of this thing? what gears should i get? is there a governer on this machine? i can hit 31-33 at half throttle and when i pin it is stays there or slows down a bit. is there a carb and pipe for this thing some where or no? thanks
