I bought the pollini speed kit and installed it, but also trying to get a dellorto 15.15 carb SHA in there. It doesn't fit at all ...anything i can try

Here's a pic of the 20mm Dell I installed last nigh and have since taken off. I put the stock Bing back on.

Is that a piece of radiator hose simply pulled over the entire stock 15mm intake? No wonder you can't get it to run correctly!

No its a 1" ID hose over a 7/8 ID intake.

i had a 19mm dellorto on the polini with the pollini intake, but its a tight fit...
if you want to go bigger than the bing, you should look into getting a custom intake made up.
