ok so ive got my variotop put together with the 2 lightest and 2 second lightest weights on it for slow opening with the clutch pulley. my question here is, there are these four plastic tab thingees that i dont know where they are supposed to go. i assume they are supposed to be some kind of a "stopper" because i dont see whats supposed to keep in a one piece deal. it still two pieces that as far as i can tell, the belt will be the only thing holding them together? whats the deal here?

the 4 plastic guides act as, well.. guides, for the long hex head bolts that hold the levers in. Take the long hex head bolts with the nylock washers out, then insert the plastic guides here...

then replace bolts. locktite!

You seem to be missing the center section from your variator.

That's not a puller dude. It's the main shaft of the variator.

no. two non complete av10s. mobys are xpensive dude. it takes time to get it all together. i figured since the malossi-clutch pulley was the hardest to get id make them priority. gimme some time.

....oh and AV7 set ups are not weak. Well, yeah maybe in comparision.....but you can still go over 50.

Parma is they way to go man. Actually, I've never seen the Athena in action, so I can't compare, but I will say this. The Malossi kit is probably the best kit to get if you don't want to start destroying all the stock parts that surround the kit (crank, clutch, cam...). Solid as fuck. But then none of this matters, cause none of those aren't available anyway.

That variator is going to hit your pulley.
