I have a puch Maxi with biturbo pipe. some pipes have some thing in them that can be whacked out or off to make them go faster. Anything in the Puch Biturbo that I can snarch out to add hp/mph?

i think your talking about the baffle and i dont think it has one that y you buy them more air flow

Get _anything_ that's not a biturbo.

Biturbos are a decent mid to high end pipe. They aren't the best. Did you upjet your carb when you installed it?
