Sears freespirit.
So it's my first ped, but I've had decent enough luck with it so far.
Putting a 64 polini kit/reed valves/compression head on it. Have a Del 16.16 SHA carb (82 jet) and an estoril pipe on it. The day before the kit arrived I was having some trouble kicking it over, but eventually it behaved and I just chaulked up to the fact that it's a janky ass ped.
So I installed my kit. Lubed the shit out of all of it, kept it clean and tight. I didn't do any radius boring or anything because I'm not so sure of myself about that kind of thing yet. Got it all installed and it won't kick over. I dropped some gas into to cylinder and it does fire, but for some reason I can't get the thing run. Took the carb apart- still nothing. Tried a different carb- nope. Took the whole kit off and put the stock cylinder and head back on and nada. I have spark... What the hell is going on...
