Yes on the PA50II variator or check out noogies (i think) suzuki katana variator mod (cost more $$$ but more tuneable).

You can hack off a puch exhaust and stick on there as an intake manifold and couple whatever carb you want to it just as long as it clears the frame. Like one of those cheapo mikuni copies that take dellorto jets.
