MOPED ARMY

So about this PHBG. It is a dellorto carb, looks to come in a few different sizes...and they kind of expensive....100 ish bucks? I wonder how much that would really be worth....

And how about different manifolds and air filters? I wouldn't mind getting bigger carb and exhaust, tune for that, then get the 70cc kit as like a last step. This seems like a good way to go.

Would I still need to get all the variator parts and what not from the paII?
