phbg tuning question for summer time

ok so the last few weeks when it's been super humid my bikes been boggy and no amount of main jetting will work. I leaned out my needle and shizzam! I'm blasting up to full speed. does this sound right? your thoughts please.

was it boggy all around? SOmetimes you gotta be careful leaning the needle if you have a lean spot somewhere in your throttle band. Make sure your jetting is correct at all throttle positions. I know many polini deaths have come leaning the needle.

Re: phbg tuning question for summer time

yeah, it's so humid here in the midwest it's hard to breath for humans, let alone my carb. it was definitely boggy 1-15 mph was fine, midrange was bog-nasty, and the once it got into the main jet it was good. So I think I did the right thing. I'm definitely still trying to figure out how to tune phbg's but from what I gather midrange is the needle. my main jet is perfect...
